This still feels incredibly surreal to watch, even after seeing the interview preview a couple weeks ago. I've been listening to Wardruna since 2011; their music has been life-changing for me. I was lucky enough to see them play in London in 2022, their first live show since Covid. Then a few months ago I discovered the music of Chelsea Wolfe and have been listening almost every day since then and am going to see her at the end of October in London. I really had no idea Wardruna was her favourite music group, so it was a pleasant surprise to watch the Metal Injection teaser. This led to my discovering "Chelsea Wolfe Shows Off Prized Wardruna LP | Vinyl to Die for", which was doubly fascinating. Now I get two of my favourite artists talking together for 40 minutes? Perfection.

Any way to watch the live concert from home? Asking because I'm a fairly disfigured and disabled vet and I know I can be very alarming to most people... Love wardrobe btw. Wolfe is a strong artist, but I wish someone like Heilung were playing with Wardruna at Red Rocks. There is a spiritual/pagan aspect to Wardruna that for me is not echoed in Wolfe’s work.

I find Wolfe’s work, especially more recent few albums, very spiritual and earth-based. Both artists are incredibly comfortable and balanced with their creative energies, and create different style/genres of music. Love both of them for years.

Predictably, Chelsea Wolfe was awful. What a waste of an opening slot. The music has absolutely no energy and you could hear people mocking her between each song. Wardruna, predictably, absolutely ruled. What a great performance.
