there is a chart that shows how much nominal power each battery pack can deliver. 1.5 Ah = 450W 2.0 Ah = 450W 2.6 Ah = 720W 3.0 Ah = 900W 4.0 Ah = 900W 5.2 Ah = 1260W The initial surge current on every pack is about the same because of the equal voltage, but the amps drop immediately with the smaller packs to prevent them from overheating and to increase battery health over the long run.

Looks better now. I have bought the one from Lild / Parkside. Works fine. At maximum torque setting it was able to remove the bolts tightened with the pneumatic driver at the tyre shop. 👍

2,5 AH battery has exactly the same strenght in terms of released power as the 4 AH battery.

Could be, but by using both 2.5Ah nd 4Ah batteries for a few years already, the 2.5 feels weaker. Maybe it has the same initial instant power, but it drops out quicker. Or maybe just because it's lighter, it does not provide added mass to certain tools that can benefit from it. No idea really, but by trial and error I always get the 4Ah for more intensive tasks by now.

@@UltimateDIY Ofc it will drops quicker, they can release 900W of power stated from Einhell that means the 2,5 AH if maxed out it will burn quicker than the other but the important thing they did not limit the 2,5 AH in terms of ampere. If both are 18V if both are 900 W that means both are same ampere thus means same power output right from the box fully charged. The 2 AH for instance has 700 W output power and with 18V meaning the ampere are lower than 2,5 and 4 AH meaning the 2 AH not only will burn quicker but will provide less torque to the engine. Also the capacity has it's meaning ofcourse but I was talking about initial power right from the charger.

@@UltimateDIY Aparently I made a mistake of remembering the Einhell data. Today I saw some data sheet and some new videos on youtube and can say that the best batery is the newest one 4-6 AH with 1350W total power. With that battery I saw a guy unscrewing a bolt tighten with over 350 NM. The 2,5 AH battery has only 720 W meaning the power it will give is much lower and some people will not be able to remove even car wheel bolts with it. 4 AH is 900W and 5,2 AH is 1260 W. So for impact wrench the best option is the new battery with display numbers on it and switchable capacity 4-6 AH and the second best is the 5,2 AH battery with the green led lights.

Amp hours of the battery are only about runtime. Shouldn't make any other difference.

Yes and no. Just Ah is a measure of runtime, but to get more Ah, the cells used are a higher tier and are also able to provide more instant power. I will give you a few numbers, but they are probably not 100% accurate, as I am using just my memory: 2.4Ah can give 750W; 4Ah 920W; 6Ah 1350W. As you can see, quite a difference.

you need more torque than 120 nm to unscrew bolt that is tightened to 120 nm.that is normal.

Yes and no. If the screw or connection surface did not corode in the meantime, then you don't need more. When tightening you are actually pulling on the screw as on a spring, so you are overcoming also that force. When untightening you are mostly overcoming friction. But...corrosion is a pain and most times you need more force to overcome it too.

I was hopeing someone could answer my question. When shaking the wrench, making sure the front square head isn't moving. Does it sound like something is lose inside?

It could just be the mechanism inside. I think mine also makes noises.

@@UltimateDIY Îți spun eu cum sunt conectate: cele două fire vin de sus de la leduri și intră în "placa de baza" sa ii spun așa,căreia nu ai ce sa ii faci că e încapsulată. Firele nu sunt întrerupte,deci trebuie să mă împac cu gândul că nu mai am lumină....😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Și ce utila era. Așa overall este o scula foarte bună pt prețul ei(eu am dat cam 80 de euro în Germania,cuplată cu o baterie de 5,2 Ah,vreo 60 de euro a fost bateria). O folosesc mai mul pt înșurubat holsuruburi in lemn și da la 120 de nm desface prezoanele fără nici o problemă! Mulțam de răspuns! Numai bine!

@@UltimateDIY Am verificat pe fire și vin doar 3,4 v. Led-urile le-am incercat și funcționează,cu 12 v.

Inseamna ca din electronica s-a intamplat ceva. Si daca e totul incapsulat, cam nici o sansa de reparatie usoara.
