I just made this again tonight....this time I tried it in a cast iron dutch oven. I was hoping for an ancient grain-type-bread but it didn't work out. Flavor was amazing, texture was amazing too, but it was way too flat. Probably would be good toasted and dipped in some Caprese Salad. Regardless, half the loaf was eaten within an hour. The family was really missing bread. So, I made a second loaf...this time in a silicone loaf pan. Ohhhhhh myyyyy, was it yummy!!! Thank you for this recipe!

I’m so thankful to the Lord I’ve found your channel, I’m cutting out all refined sugar and carbs, due to health and weight issues, I’m so excited to see what the new year will bring using all your flour recipes, I’m truly thankful knowing there is healthier options for ppl who are trying to live a healthier life style. I just made bread with your Einkorn Keto flour. I tried to mimic a jalapeno cheese bread that I make with regular flour. It came out sssooo good!! Better than any store bought keto bread that I have tried so far. It has a chew like a sourdough and the coloring of a wheat bread, but a nice crust. It was a bit moist in the middle, so I might need to cook a little longer next time or up the oven temp. It is perfect after slightly toasting. I did not use any eggs, but I did add 2 TBSP olive oil to the wet ingredients. I cooked in a Dutch oven 30 min with lid on and 30 min with lid off at 350 deg. I let my yeast mixture sit for about 6 hours to bubble up nicely before adding to the keto flour. TFS

I was on the carnivore diet, But I missed all the yummy gravies, breads, biscuits Etc Etc So now I'm on the ketovore diet, mostly carnivore with a little keto, Thank you so much for all your hard work in coming up and sharing the perfect flower 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

So I added 1/2 cup of soy flour and 4 tbs of psyllium husk powder to the batch of your flour, then made the bread and ended up with the best Keto bread I have ever tasted, already ate half of the loaf 🍞, you are a miracle ❤

Im so glad I came across your channel. Ive made the Bisquick and made some old quiche recipes, they came out Great!!!! I bought the wrong Einkorn flour, i didn't buy the whole wheat blend so i haven't made a new mix with that yet. The all purpose Einkorn has a few more carbs then the whole wheat. I also did some experimenting with lupin flour cause its low in carbs. My last mix was half lupin, half almond and the rest of the standard 2.0. it was a success!

I've been enjoying baking with your NSKF 2.0 in various modified recipes. I love the flour. I just got the whole phylum husk and guar gum and was hoping that you would do a EKF bread without using the bread machine (I don't have one). And here you are with the exact video and recipe I'm hoping for. I'll be giving this a try in a couple of days. Thank you so much.

Hi Victoria, have you tried a simple recipe with Einkorn flour? I mean just water, salt and yeast or sourdough. It's delicious and simple, one needs less water than for usual bread, and a "Brühstück". Would be nice if you could show us this bread, but I am not sure about spikes after eating, I mean without any guar or xanthan et al, which might lower the blood sugar. I bake it sometimes and eat one or two slices, never came out of ketosis, but that's me, can't speak for everyone.

Me again, what about using buckwheat flour? They say it contains Chiro-Inositol, which is said to normalise blood sugar despite high carbs, and it tastes delicious in pancakes.

I used the einkorn flour mixture and I made this bread following the recipe exactly. It rose nicely and looked beautiful but I am very confused about the comments on the taste. It was so bland and I could not taste any yeast, just egg. It was so eggy and tasteless. Before you ask, I used the Now Egg White protein powder in the flour mixture and I didn't forget the salt. Do I need to have been off of regular wheat bread for a really long time in order to appreciate the flavor? I was so excited about this bread and really wanted to like it, so I'm really sad about this. 😞

Hi Victoria~ This looks yummy! I'm loving the Einkorn flour. (Can't wait to try your Einkorn Flour Blend.) I've used part Einkorn with King Arthur's Keto Wheat Flour to make baguettes. I think that it was the BEST tasting bread I've ever made. I do love your creations & use them as well. Thanks for experimenting for us. It IS truly appreciated.🫶🙋‍♀️

Pullman's are so awesome! For years I had always just used a typical bread pan. But when I started getting really serious about creating a perfect loaf of bread and doing a lot of baking - I decided to purchase a pullman's bread pan. I still am in shock and awe at how much better and more even my bread rises and bakes. Pretty amazing

I'm making this flour today. I knew about the amount of chromosomes in modern wheat but didn't know what wheat to buy that wasn't GMO. Thanks for the information Victoria and I love your channel! Do you think you'll be doing a video using this flour to make hamburger or hotdog buns?

And I wanted to let you know that a good reason to use organic coffee is because conventional coffee is among the most heavily chemically treated foods in the world. It is steeped in synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.

So very true! Most people don't realize this. Also, the processing needs to be done in cold water.. along the same concept of cold pressed oils... check that when ordering. Byb the Grace of God a cancer survivor and needed to rethink my lifestyle choices. I'm organic on everything I eat that's possible. No chemicals on my skin, laundry, cleaners, etc.😊

I used einkhorn for naan flatbread, it was too heavy. recipe had no yeast, called for baking powder instead. maybe using more baking powder would have helped give it rise. IDK I have no more Einkhorn and its too expensive to "play" with recipes.

Hi Victoria, would you create new recipes using your einkorn flour mix? I believe in your mix for creating truly lowcarb bread products, and I've ordered all of the ingredients you listed for the einkorn flour mix. When they get here, I'll make my first loaf. It's so exciting, since we are trying to stay strick on keto, but we do miss bread products. It's probably the hardest part of doing good keto.

Have you given any thought to milling your own einkorn wheat berries? I've just ordered a grain mill and organic einkorn wheat berries from Azure Standard. They have a once a month drop co=op near me which practically eliminates shipping cost/ i'm new to milling my own flour, so maybe it won't work out, but freshly milled flour is supposed to be world's betterespecially since it's a whole food. Is there a reason you don't add vital wheat gluten to give a better rise? All my keto breads are so dense.

Vital wheat gluten is the worst most unhealthy part of “wheat” that I’ve learned recently. Though it’s low carb it’s horrible so I don’t use it and that’s also why I ONLY feed my kids fresh homemade einkorn bread.

Do you cover the pan while it proofs for an hour in the oven? Do you take the pan out of the oven and preheat the oven to 350 before putting it back in the oven to bake for another hour?

I have attempted this Almond flour version 2.0 bread 3 times (measuring 84g per cup) first with 1 c. + 2 T. water, then 3/4 c. water, then 1 c. -2T. water. Each loaf was too wet, heavy and did not rise while baking...should I let it rise 1 hr. Before baking? I live in Fla. and wondered if my high humidity State affects the moisture, but am stumped on the lack of any rise. Help!

Honestly curious: Is there a reason that the flour in this recipe can't just be Einkorn flour? Does adding the bamboo fiber and almond flour in make it stretch and therefore give it less carbs in the end?

Without the bamboo flour it’s 39 carbs per cup vs with the blend it goes down to 10 carbs per cup

I have a question, your video on the chocolate chip cookies I want to try with the marshmallows from choc zero, how much of the marshmallows do you use for your recipe? And also in the video you said as one of your ingredients is 1/2 tsp. Baking powder, but the printed recipe says 1/2 tsp. Baking soda? Thanks for all your recipes, you are such a blessing!

Hi Victoria....Question I have made your NUT FREE version of Keto 2.0...I want to bake your bread recipe but am confused you said to add 2 TBS of baking powder to make it all purpose is that besides what you say in the recipe or is that the same and if I want to use this flour to make a non keto bread which call for all purpose flour I add the 2 tbs of baking powder but do I also add what the actual recipe calls for(baking powder) as well (it calls for all purpose) I know I have asked you but I dont want to waste/screw up I would really appreciate if you could explain Thank you God Bless and Merry Christmas!!

Hi, I reviewed your different videos talking about the Einhorn flour but am still mixed up on one point. My flour mix is coming out to 220 gm for 3 cups. So do I do 3 cups or should I add more flour to make up to the 250 or so gms? Thanks you!

Hi Victoria, what is the inulin for? Is it necessary? Can I use this flour as a sub for any conventional bread made with flour, water, yeast and salt or do I need to add the baking powder egg and inulin etc to make it work?

U need inulin or sugar or honey to activate the yeast or your bread WILL NOT rise

Instead of the almond flour can I just use all einkorn flour and have you tried that?

The carb amount goes to 25 carbs per cup if u don’t use almond flour

If you bake with any frequency, or just want to create a really great bread that rises well in the pan and evenly - I would opt for the pullmans. Mine has been worth every cent I spent on it. After looking at the price of them on Amazon - I compared that with Temu and purchased from Temu for less than half the price. I've baked with it now over a half dozen times and it's a great pan.
