I didn't have a 5×5" pan, so I used my 9×4 small bread pan for my airfryer, and I cooked it at 350 for 13 min in the airfryer. Oh my gosh...❤ Perfection and waiting for it to cool. AIFRYER worked amazing.

Use silicone baking dish, it pops right out no oil at all Amazon! I make your flour every week and keep it in place of wheat flour. This recipe has absolutely saved me! God send, thank you Victoria. Mine came out with huge holes and it was almost wet inside even after toasting. The crust was firm and crunchy but not the inside. I added a tablespoon of isopure protein powder today to see if it helped.

Thanks for the awesome recipe. Isn't there too much of that baking powder? In Europe, in Poland, I think baking powder is a little different, sort of stronger. Adding so much baking powder for such a small amount of other ingredients will make this inedible.

I used 1/2 tsp of baking powder. I also added finally 100 ml of warm water instead of 60 ml and waited for the batter to start working with the yeast. It came out a little thinner and baked very well in the form of waffles. It works! @@victoriasketokitchen

I get the moisture issues too. My next try, I'm going to reduce the temperature about 25F / 5C and bake a bit longer, until it's at least 200F / 94C inside.

Darn, I hoped this was a solution. I find that the recipe is rather bland. The best taste I get is when I use an immersion blender and put mozzarella cheese and the liquid together before adding to the flour. @@Tito-wc8ui

HI. I am writing this only for information for those that have diverticulitis. IN NO WAY, do I blame anyone but myself. In fact, this is a great review because I ate four of the biscuits I made with her 2.0 flour mix. But didn't think any thing about the bamboo fiber would affect me. I ate four of the biscuits that I made with the flour mix. It was VERY Good. But I believe, again this is MY option ONLY, that the bamboo fiber is what sent me into an attack. With this condition we have to think. I will be going back to the oat fiber mix for our baked good.

I have Diverticulosis as well. Did you have the Dream Biscuits? If so, That would be over 50 grams of fiber and 80 grams of fat in one sitting for 4 Biscuits. These blends are very high in fiber, so you have to keep that in mind. If you eat that much of any kind of fiber at one time, and then add on that much fat, it will definitely cause GI problems. I suggest when you make a recipe, add it to an app that tracks the nutritional info, and know what you are ingesting. Our digestive system an only handle so much ❤ I hope you feel better soon.

Victoria's standard keto flour 2.0 doesn't use the einkorn flour -- it is almond (or pecan) and bamboo flours. The einkorn is just another variation that she introduced.
