As someone who has worked as a cook, amd chef, for 20 years, I fail to see what purpose the first half of this video is. Why make it in a frying pan. Just make dough. Get a big bowl, add all those ingredients together, and mix them all. Including the baking powder. It's called making dough. This video has just added extra steps for no reason as far as I can see.
