What about increased pulmonary arterypressure? I thought this wasca main cause if shunting revesaland not right sided hypertrophy. I am confused.

Does the Left Ventricule hypertrophy if there is no VSD, cuz it will have more job to pump the blood that it receives from the L. Atrium ?
