EVERYTHING between being shot and landing is absolutely perfect. Sound effects from the pods burning through atmo, BANGER soundtrack, the ships and other hellpods in the background. Game is gonna be 10/10 for me.

Watching the 4 Hellpods heating up, entering the atmosphere, and accompanied by the epic soundtrack gave me goosebumps 🥹

The transition cutscenes look incredible when leaving and entering a planet, and so does the missile fallout with the blast. The atmosphere and tone is set just right, and the game feels very fluent, from one scene to another. The musical cues line up great as well. It's utterly fantastic all-around. I am very excited to play this game and use the SAM missile launcher turret but I'm also hopeful for ship upgrades that make stationary turrets stronger. I wonder in future updates if we'll get more defense emplacements like single-use tripwire grenades or barbed wire to slow enemy onslaught.

idk if you've seen some other trailers, but in the first game there were barbed wires(dk if there's any here) but there's an orbital shot that essentially shoots a stasis field which slows enemies, and in terms of tripwire grenades there is a stratagem that essentially calls down a mine dispenser pod and deploys a minefield

Since it's a completely 3d 3rd person shooter with wide open stage, now even a basic weapon like Anti material sniper rifle can become useful. Nice to know it now has become a heavy machine. So you can carry both assault rifle and a sniper rifle.

If the Steam store page is anything to go off of, there is full Japanese voiceover and text support in the global version of the game that can be enabled along with other language voiceover and text, but customers in Japan are limited to Japanese language and text only.
