It often happens that there are leftover vegetables in the refrigerator: a quarter of cabbage, one beetroot, zucchini.... many more can be found in our storage)) In our family, friends, we don’t throw away food. There were times when ..... now, thank God, everything is fine, and yet this value and gratitude to these little things remains. It’s in moments like these that masterpieces are born - today it’s “not enough” (that’s what my husband called it)

About 400 g of ribs (more like bones)
2 liters of water
4 allspice peas
20 g lard
1 onion
1 sweet pepper
1 beet
A glass of tomato juice
120 ml. sour cream, better fat - then it won’t curdle
zucchini
cabbage
dill
salt
pepper
