FYI, you're supposed to use black marble. The new marble blocks are all immune to damage from this.

Man, never knew that. Thanks. My solution initially was to put the refinery in a hole in the ground since the ground's immune to the rays.

Except marble is too thick to build with and it’s ugly. I think the cage is better.

Try to make it a little bit bigger, if the cage is to near somehow the sparks clips through the iron
