lol. I’m Nigerian too. When you hear, send a picture and a name , better start praying. That’s how we grew up. Because it’s supposed to mean someone puts your name on an ‘altar’ and has ‘tied’ your destiny or something. So whenever I’m in a church and I hear a “pastor” saying if you want to get married bring the picture of the person to the altar, my bells start ringing. At first I tried to talk myself out of it. But I learned, if it’s not in the Bible, it’s not in the Bible. So now I hear tha. I walk out. I can’t.

Whatever is coming out against Lovey, I believe it. last year I accompanied someone to one of his worship meetings, flew across country, before I entered the building I asked God to bless me with discernment and understanding. From the moment I walked into the church, red flags were waving like carnival. Truth comes out eventually, we just have to wait. The person I went with is in denial still.

Tou shouldn't be so quick to judge people's motives. Repentance is a change of mind, which is essentially renewal of the mind. The proof of his repentance is shown by how he lives and what he preaches now. Watch the entire video to give you context. A person can sell a book because they actually believe that the message is important enough to share to the masses. Giving away a book for free is foolish, considering the costs involved. He was only scorned by them because he scorned them first. I watched the entire video and his repentance seemed genuine. And I woukd rather give someone the benefit of the doubt especially when they're publically exposing their own role in the deception. I don't agree with people calling themselves prophets or even pastors because those are functions, not labels to be placed on one's names. As to whether he's a prophet or not, it's possible because there is no scriptural proof that gifts has ceased. However, I can concede that the true operation if gifts are rare today and not the norm. Ive seen real word of knowledge and gift of healing in operation on several occasions. I would simply advise you to be slow to speak and quick to listen

I am not one of those Christians that believe God-the Holy Spirit can not speak today or other speaks through the Bible....HOWEVER, I am sicken by so many people that are so quick to say God spoke to them.
