阿胶，从前只在书本上得知一二，却从来没尝试过，因此是一个比较 “ 遥远 ” 的概念而已！！今日一看，才真正了解，原来制作过程是这么多繁复的工序，细心与耐心的操作啊！！真的很不简单。。非常欣赏，钦佩，学习，增长知识呢！！ 🌟🌈🎊🌹👏💖💖👏🌹🎊🌈🌟 从黑驴皮浸泡，刮毛，去脂肪筋膜，切块，加入面粉吸油，搓洗冲洗开水冲泡，让驴皮收卷后切条，焯水冲水炼胶，倾出胶液，沉淀后，取上液锅中煮浓熬胶提末，至适当时加入豆油螯合，待 “ 滴水成珠 ” ，加入冰糖再煮，胶液 “ 吊猴 ” 时加入黄酒，待 “ 挂旗 ” 产生大气泡时，停止加热，将胶液倒进涂了豆油木模具中冷却一晚，切片切小块，木板上凉胶盖上细布阴干5天，之后摊放竹帘上继续阴干至一定程度，进行闷箱，期间倒箱立箱反复操作 5 次，以防止胶片变形。待胶干后，用粗布温水擦胶，使其干净有光泽，才告完成呢！！ ✨🍁🍀🍀🍀🍁✨ 取一胶块，阳光下照照看。。呈半透明色泽好均匀的胶片呀！！将胶片劈开两半，放入捣盅内捣成碎粉，碗中放入燕窝，加水泡发，挑洗，放炖碗中，加入阿胶粉，蜂蜜，红枣，枸杞子，炖至阿胶融溶后即成呢。。！！看看呀。。纷雪飘飘，冬日寒风下，来一碗 “ 阿胶燕窝红枣杞子 ” 的温馨暖暖滋润补品。。真好窝心窝心的呢！！ 🌟❄🍒☃⛄🍒❄🌟🌈🎊🌸🌹💖🍯🍭☕☕🍭🍯💖🌹🌸🎊🌈🌟 阿胶。。从前只是一个 “ 遥遥在天边 ” 的浅浅概念。。今日，却是一个 “ 近在眼前 ” 好暖暖温馨的心意呢。。！！ 🌟🌈🎊🌹💖🥰🥰💖🌹🎊🌈🌟 衷心感谢好精彩棒棒真挚动人美好心意的分享呀！！祝愿冬日温馨暖暖惬意绵绵，滋滋润润美满圆圆，舒心笑笑甜甜又愉快呢。。！！ 🌟🌈🎊🌸🌹💖😊😊💖🌹🌸🎊🌈🌟🌟🎊🌸🌹🌺🦋🦋🌺🌹🌸🎊🌟🌟

Very nice. Here in south America exists a similar collagen gelatin done by cow foot and cane sugar. I didn't see this done with skin. This is the South American tradition, maybe brought from middle east hundreds years ago with immigrants. Now is decaying the fabrication and only some regions produce it. In Andean mountains, most in Cali, Colombia. They suffered years of war about land and business like minery and drugs. Land were primary forest 60 years ago. Today some parts are devasted by bombarding and to avoid forest for military reasons leaving a dry land with more view. I seen one night a early in the morning of Farc military official that meet me while I was crossing with my bicycle that mountain in war. I put my ten late and I woke up early to run again about 3 in the morning. I never seen eyes of a wild animal in a human like this. He only seen me at the distance like an Ocelot or Puma. 阿膠(あきょう)で調べたらロバからコラーゲンを抽出したものだそうなのでコレだけでは味はあまりないのかなぁと…　火鍋に入れるコラーゲンボールみたいなイメージをしました。動画とは関係なくなりますが日本の人がいて嬉しく思いました😭

It's a traditional Chinese medicine (I would rather say food supplements) that is especially good for recovery after bleeding, especially for women after delivery or during menstrual period. Disclaimer: this is what I learned during my childhood and use based on physician's recommendations.
