Water is essential to good health. Are you getting enough? Fun Fact, your body is basically 60% water and you should drink water when you feel thirsty. But the question still prevails, how much is too much? Let's just say there is a simple formula for the same that this factor depends on the age, gender, and fitness levels of different people so one must make sure you know your body before chugging too much water. According to a Harvard study anywhere between 2.5-3.5 liters of water is sufficient enough to make one feel hydrated enough throughout the day.

It's about how much water is not in ur body if u sit whole day in ur house and not doing any work so when u intake 2.5 or 3.5 water it will affect ur body and cause damge so if u are doing physical work or ur body become dehydrated then u need that much water
