I just got this on a test today, along with "borderline left axis deviation" and was told this was all good and a perfectly normal. It just sounds scary. Can't understand it though, not even after watching this, but I'm glad it's not any kind of a problem or something to worry about. Cheers ~

Just did a 12 lead on myself and I have this now I guess. Not sure what to do about it though. Might explain why I get light headed staining quickly and why I can perform fine in a grove but get light headed and gassed during hit workouts. No matter how fit I get seems I can’t get over this weird warm up period or push myself too hard.
