delay the down S2 (the kick) after the initial S2 ground bounce, then immediately start charging the grounded s2

Yeah this is mostly a beginner guide for people that understand basic fundamentals and fighting games notations. I recommend you a general intro to fighting games that will def go more thoroughly on those specific aspects

Light, medium, heavy The fgc uses numpad notation for directions. Just look at the numpad on your keyboard 2=down 6=forward etc.
