i have definitely noticed even in NA, hyperspeed jg's are the way of the game right now, hec, udyr and so on. but yeah the top lane ganks almost always feel bad, you can give them the world and jsut because champ match up or something, after a certain point, they still just lose.

2nd item for Ekko switches off between nashors and lich. Nashors helps doing clears much easier compared to lich and is able to do dmg against 2+ more tanks. Lich is more one-shot and unless you know you're against multiple sqishies, nashors is best for jg. Ekko mid always goes lich
