Marc, thanks for dropping a hello… that’s awesome news. We have family in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. My grandmother lined there and my uncle owns a produce company in Santa Fe. We love Santa Fe. Make sure to do a thorough PPI (Pre-purchase inspection) note everything even the smallest of items. I’d also double check the swing in the bathroom shower/sink close off door. A number of these need a small adjustment and if not adjusted it will scrape the interior wall. Easy fix for the deal (15 min). Keep in touch. Jason
