when use to listen to Ekkstacy it was an outlet. Im out of that phase now thankfully but truly cant tell if this music helped me or hurt cauase its so down and has zero brightness in it and brightness is what people need when they are down. I am not saying this to hate but to the people struggling out there, find music that has light in it. I will not suggest any artists on a different channel but man, I loved some of his songs and now I cant see myself going back to listen to him. One: because I have different outlets and music to get me out od moods, this kept me in my mood and made me glorifiy my depression with music I listened to.
