Eko Atlantic has built all the horizontal/civil works far ahead of konza.98 percent of the land in eko Atlantic has been sold.People are just holding on to them for land banking.The largest American Embassy anywhere in the world is under construction in eko Atlantic. lnfact the dredging of eko Atlantic phase 2 is almost done.

City is not about tall struchers it's about what happens. Tatu City is more developed than Konza Kenya. Eko nothing happening for years its paper design. Paris attracts more vista than dubai
