To those who’ve been commenting about the sluggishness in developing the Eko Atlantic City I think you all should calm down. Abuja has become what is it today because it was meticulous planned and allowed to grow overtime based on needs/demands. My observations overtime with planned cities is such that they will end up becoming ghost cities if their construction is rushed and not allowed to grow overtime. I want to believe that the developers of Eko Atlantic City wants to follow the Abuja model.

More than 40 years past Abuja is still empty. 😂 Most of the buildings are only govt.offices. Only the world trade center and other few NGO's are erected but the distance is kilometers apart from one building to another. No CBD no public transport running around the city to cater passengers at economical fare like buses and jeepneys. Some parts of the city has no power. 😂

1. Total cost in dollars: Total cost = 900 sqm * $1,150/sqm = $1,035,000 2. Convert to naira: Total cost in naira = $1,035,000 * 1600 = ₦1,656,000,000 So, the cost of the plot of land in Eko Atlantic is $1,035,000 in dollars and ₦1,656,000,000 in naira.
