EKOL ES66 CO2 BB PISTOL OUTDOOR SHOOTING REVIEW 23/07/2023

Outdoor shooting review of my new Ekol ES66 Co2 BB pistol. Not too bad considering I had to aim a couple of inches lower, as this pistol shoots high even at 15 Metres. Plenty of grunt at 2.72 Ft/Lb and a good shot count, at least 98, seven full mags.
Very well put together being all metal, (with five different finishes available, this being the Black) except the grips, which are really good quality plastic.
Dot on the foresight would probably help with accuracy as you need to get that low in the rear sight to compensate for the high shooting, something to look at. Still, I like it, and the trigger should improve with use.

It was definitely empty Jon, I checked. It kicks out a fair blast of Co2 when you let it recover initially. Yes mate it's got some Welly.

@@Qeetyyt I don’t own a Gamo P900 but as it’s a pellet pistol rather than a BB shooter, I’d say the P900.

6/10 uncomfortable and ineffective to aim, because the trigger is very hard. ekole p66 have some factory problem with the valve, many people (including me) complain about the weak power around 80-100m/s right after unpacking, cleaning and a maintenance cartridge help with this. unfortunately, sometimes you still get a shot that is half as weak as others.. standard bullet spread, the look of the weapon is cool, it looks solid and that's probably the end of the pluses.. because of this trigger and problems with the power of the shot I am disappointed with the product.

No. It’s not powerful or accurate enough.

@@saw97 For close rat dispatch, up to 10 Metres you will need at least 5 Ft/Lb at the muzzle with a closely zeroed in sight, a red dot would do the job. SMK CP1 in .22 or .25 Cal. would be sufficient.
