@jrichcolbert2859 The next best thing that I've found out of dozens of trials with noice canceling mic headsets besides the EKSA s30 is the shokz opencom2 It is a bone conduction open ear with a great boom mic. I have both, and so far, no issues with either. The EkSA has a slight edge on the shokz, but there is just something I like about bone conduction that you can't get with anything else. Good luck!
