My journey is like all city kids. Picked up western music and guitar. Played for rock n blues and jazz for years. But in the search of being one with the music i realised that the classical music of our country is such a easy way to connect with your mind and body. It doesn’t uneccecarily disturb or create unnecessary fluctuations of energy. This is the sound of being one with nature.

Its very true that after weeks of meditation u do start to like indian classical music. I do meditation every morning and i also listen to indian classical music most of the days. My brother and i liked western musics. But after medidating i started to dislike western music and indian classical music suddenly became very important to me. I only listened to them when i was alone. Because i was ashamed to play it infront of my family as they thought it was cringe. But now i play it infront of my family. My brother still likes western music. I tried to make him understand the importants of meditation. But i failed. He was so addicted in gaming that he sometimes would not listen to me. But he was still impressed by the hindu philosophies but he was too lazy to do meditation. I am not trying to say that western music is bad. I still listen to western music sometimes. But after listening to indian classical music all the western songs started to feel very similar.
