How to make Ekuru.
Ekuru is peculiar to Yoruba people, predominantly in the south west of Nigeria. It's made with peeled beans (I used unpeeled beans🥱). It's similar to moinmoin except that nothing is added to it (just blend the beans, beat and wrap, then steam), but a sumptuous sauce is made specifically for it, making it unique.

Not too smooth like moinmoin. It's like the cooked version of akara. Less water. Mixing is the major work there. Using a mixer will do a great job

No I don't. Traditional we don't add anything to Ekuru. The seasoning is more on the sauce. You can sprinkle salt to it. But for my taste bud that's not necessary. The sauce will do the job
