Those body shots at the end of round 1 were a real sickener for Jxmmi. One thing that a lot of inexperienced fighters don't have is a strategy for what to do when you're under fire on the ropes. Covering up and soaking it up is expensive.

Great fight, great clear officiating, great fight. Coyote is poised, breathes like a mature fighter. Left hand is economical, few wasted punches. Doesnt burn fuel unnecessarily. Left Punches through opponents guard effectively and also punches around guard nicely. Straight lefts are heavy, loses some power with the hook but very economical. boxer-puncher, doesnt dance. An Opponent will have to jab effectively on the outside and become a volume puncher the instant the fight finds itself at close quarters to get the better of exchanges. Jimmi did great. Closes distance nicely without getting lit up. Thats important. Initial punches land effectively. 1. Must look downstairs first when on the inside, then think about the head. 2. wait too long to withdraw. If your not punching get out. 3. Must learn to reset the fight with clinch or use bully tactics to develop more scoring opportunities on inside. Use big arms to get what you want, not everything has to be a punch. Backwards footwork drills going to make you better. Very tuff kid. Work the core, think, rematch.
