El Grito celebration kicks off in Little Italy

Thousands came to Little Italy Friday, on the eve of Mexican Independence Day, to celebrate El Grito de Mexico in front of the Mexican Consulate to celebrate.

Every country has a border except some island countries. Germany are Germans, France are French, Poland are Polish just to name a few but they are all Europeans because they front the continent of Europe, China are Chinese, Vietnam are Vietnamese, Korea are Koreans just to name a few but they are all Asians because they are from the continent of Asia. I don't know if its true but no one from American can own land in Mexico...and they stop you at the border crossing first.. not let you cross and then forget to find out where you ended up. Like I said in my comments.. celebrating there would be a better representation of honoring your Spanish heritage... the same one that wiped out all indigenous tribes when you invaded that very same land... no..I go thru Mexico every week... seems you don't need to speak English in Chicago when everything is written in Spanish... Ive been to Montego Bay on a cruise...
