Hey random question and off topic. If we booked a dinner at the specialty restaurant on celebrity and payed the fee/price to eat there. Is that money only to get in? Do we have to pay additionally for the food? I hope that makes sense.

Food is included when you book a speciality restaurant. There (sometimes) are upgrades that you. Spend extra for (generally regional) but you can expect a meal and dessert for the price of entree w if that makes sense. Happy Travels
