I made sure to learn about the guys before I showed up there last night. I was really looking forward to seeing Vicious really take it to them. I really thought it was close between him and Kareem as well. At 17 I see this kid taking it to them in the years to come. What creativity. Once he get's stronger and a bit more refined hie's gonna blow up on the international scene.

So I was there, the Aragon Ballroom was so hot and crowded that night, it was like the a/c wasn't very good. It was exhausting just to stand there with everyone's body heat radiating off on you, so you can't really blame the crowd for not being more enthusiastic. But the BBoys gave it their all, much props to all who competed.

@lyfeismuzic According to wiki the 2011 competitors so far are el nino, flying buddha, hong10, lagaet, lil g, neguin, niek, and taisuke. However, i only found the qualifiers on youtube for el nino, lil g, niek, and taisuke so maybe not everyone has to go through qualifiers... idk how the selection process works. Neguin is automatically in though because he won last year.

I was there too. Organization was pretty horrible for the event. The loudest the crowd got was for footwork kingz, who were able to amp up the crowd pretty well. I still do not know why the MC kept counting 3...1...2 when unveiling the judges results...??
