How does this "Vela" version compare in sound to the former "FS" version? I can see that the Vela is about a pound lighter and its dimensions are smaller than its predecessor. So I wonder if its musicality has been abridged too.

The predecessor model looks better in my opinion and has the jet 5 tweeter too

The beads of the woofers already look porous on the surface or is that deceiving in the video?

Probably just the lighting. There is a triangular shape pressed into the Aluminum-Sandwich drivers

Yes these are stunning. No - Andrew does the Debut range. These are German designed and built.
