I've been watching award shows for roughly twenty years now, and this remains the BEST speech I have ever seen. The raw honesty of it, the genuine joy on Elaine Stritch's face throughout the whole time, the hilarious one-liners...this is a woman who spoke her mind and didn't care what anyone thought. An outright legend, and one of the true best ever. Thank you for everything, Ms. Stritch. You're making them laugh in Heaven now. :)
