Master Fong is a brilliant teacher anyone who has a chance to train with him is lucky.

Always gaining valuable insight when watching and listening to Sifu Fong. He takes Wing Chun from conceptual to practical application.

I wish I trained with him 25 years ago. I like how he is able to functionlize Wing Chun. I wasn't able to make Wing Chun Functional in my 20s.

You can see the power of the elbow in action with the Flying Elbow Drop by the legendary Randy "Macho Man" Savage. Just don't use it in MMA. Fighters may not strike their opponent from a twelve o'clock position to a six o'clock position with their elbow.

True but not all martial arts arent specifically meant for mma so those restrictions dont always apply.

@@LunaticReason A violent altercation on the street lasts an average of 30 seconds so I wouldn’t expect someone to fight a whole fight using that technique but if you practice that technique properly using a segment of it can be the difference between someone knocking you off balance and doing whatever they where planing. You can’t us everything your favourite MMA fighter does if you’re fighting for your like or trying to escape an attacker.

@@ScoxGungFu No, it's not. That's just your opinion, buddy. There is a cage fighter called Qi La La who is popular for bringing Wing Chun to the Cage. Tony Ferguson, Jon Jones and Anderson Silva also have used Wing Chun in their fights in MMA. Everything works if you know what you are doing.
