This coach knows his shit. Being a national coach myself, I can say sincerely he is full of knowledge. The only thing I might add in this situation is, pull head hanging with all your weight faking a low ankle and duck under opposing side throwing elbow over your head. Even if he beats the duck under you have head inside single. It puts them in double jeopardy. 90% score ratio.
