My left side golfers elbow has been aggravating me for more than a year. Ive seen PT, massage therapy, dry needling, and finally some PRP and still have some irritation right on the bone. Sometimes I have the pinky finger tingling. Ive had ulnar nerve entraoment years ago and not so sure thats the root cause now, but I need this 100% gone. What would you advise?

Thank you for reaching out and watching the video. While I am unable to offer specific medical advice online without a direct evaluation, the symptoms you’re describing-persistent irritation and pinky finger tingling-may suggest a complex condition that could benefit from a comprehensive assessment by a healthcare professional. To provide some general insights, I invite you to read my article, “A Deep Dive into Golfer's and Tennis Elbow,” which might offer you some useful information. Meanwhile, I strongly recommend consulting with a medical specialist to get a precise diagnosis and a tailored treatment plan to address your condition effectively.
