dear dia was 65. how did u draw dia of 42 and also there are fillets aroumd the flange... where are they.?

the OD of the pipe is 72 , ID is 60. The distance from the center of the pipe to the center of bolt hole is 60. The radius and diameter from the center of the bolt hole are 20. From there you can figure out the whole dimension. The distance 42 is the radius of the entrance hole of the flange tapered towards the ID of the pipe. It is in the hand drawn illustration .The fillet, I kind of forgot :) I hope I answered your questions.
