As someone that started with Demon’s Souls on PS3 way back in the day before anyone was playing - There is no right or wrong way to play. You play how you want. Others aren’t the main character in your game. If you want to be a powerful Necromancer that casts red lightning & summons skeletons, that’s on you. You paid for the game. Enjoy it. Praise the sun!🌞

Does kev know that that farming spot , theres also another enemy he can kill that will give you around 12k per reset? Simply after respawn, look at the ledge, lock in(yes it have enough range) and shoot using rock sling, after he got aggro, wait until bird ran to you and fell off, wait 3 sec, reset on grace Rinse and repeat

if you want to buff comet azur even more, you can wear the helmet of the guy you got it from for like 15% more damage and also cast terra magica for another 22.5%. also make sure to drink the flask last, right before casting comet azur, so you get the full 10 seconds of infinite mana. if that is not enough for some reason, get a dagger with golden vow ash of war that buffs you for an additional 11.5%. For maximum cheese, get night comet and use it with godfrey icon, graven-mass talisman and magic scorpion charm for some insane damage. Now you've got an invisible spell that enemies can't dodge, it has absolutely insane range, does stoopid damage and you can spam it a lot. You can now bully malenia from across the map, congratulations!

Talk Varre at the Beginning of the game. Beat Godrick. Find Varre at Rose Church In Luirnia Either invade other players 3 times, with the bloody fingers he gives, or, go to altus and invade an NPC at Writheblood Ruins, and beat him or lose 3 times, then return to Varre Varre With give you a cloth you need to soak in maiden's blood. Most people go to the Four Belfries, and using the imbued stonesword key in the chest at the Top to open the portal back to the start of the game. Kill the scion, and the Maiden you got the finger to write message with to get the blood. Or you can just kill Henya if you don't care about the Frenzy seal. Then just go back Varre, and talk to him to get the Medallion, use it to teleport to Mogh's palace.

Moonveil’s ash of war is called Transient Moonlight which is just Unsheathe, i am saying this because I don’t understand if your saying Uchigatana “Ash of war” is better than moonveil, or if moonveil is better.

@@sinicule unsheathe is better. Because it does just as much damage and does a ton of poise damage. And it’s also infusable which means it can get better scaling than Moonveil. Moonveils only advantage over unsheath is RANGE. It can also hit twice is you hit them with the sword itself and the projectile. It’s a lot like how rivers of blood has a regular ash of war version of its skill but the regular ash of war is actually better because it’s infusable and can have things like bloodflame blade on it. And btw. “Transient moonlight” isn’t just “unsheathe” even if it looks like it in paper.

So long as the magic is viable or doesnt take too long to be useful I'll try to allow my character some degree of magic ability in a from game for the combat variety alone. I just like having multiple methods of attack. Even in Bloodborne, where the magic was more just specific items that scale from arcane and basically take the place of the guns. Plus Elden Ring's DLC gave us an armor that even further buffs capital dragon lightning.
