Elden Ring: Can you cheese Mogh after Cheese Nerfs?

They nerfed the Ininfite FP tear duration by 50%, so now it lasts 10 seconds and reduced Terra Magicka spell boost down to 22.5%, when it was 35% before. So can we still cheese Mogh with them?

Sadly, this kind of cheese doesnt help me. I want to get a character into the DLC RL1 with minimal completion (basically just radahn and mogh). Laser pointer mage is a classic though.
