If you want to create beautiful faces, I believe that the truth seeker is the best, but in general the base template doesn't matter, it won't make a difference in the final result.

the base doesnt matter, the sliders will eventually overwrite anything, even gender in some cases. im not saying to make a manly ciri but you do whatever.
