​You can deprive a combustion reaction of oxygen and/or heat using ice. Alternatively, you can also make a combustion reaction catastrophic by adding excess fuel, which would damage whatever container/machine was containing the reaction. Different people's intuition can lean towards either side. As such, there is no need to be passive aggressive towards devs for thinking differently than you do.

The other way to do this without materials is to respec to intelligence and just pepper him with comets. I had 4 health flasks and 10 magic flasks that did it. Just run around him in circles and the fireballs can’t hit you. Tedious but it works.

Guys this worked!! 😭 Had to run in circles around him over and over spamming comet on his face, used the graven mass talisman, stargazer, magic scorpion, and radagon icon with the magic shrouding cracked tear and cerulean hidden tear (this one to spam it the minute I get to him) and only shoot when you can see his face clearly without his arms being on the way or it won't hurt him because of the arms being protected. Also go on circles around him so that the fire balls do not reach you. GOOD LUCK GUYS!!

Use talisman for protection, I killed it in 3 throws in a str/faith build, it stagger him a little, so you can throw about 3 or 4 in a row before he attacks You can find some masks around ruins of unte.

Use dragon breath, not sure which elements matter, but I hit him with like two pots missed all the others so he had like half health left. Used Ekzykes decay (rot breath) and it decimated him.

How do the hefty cracked Pots work are they gone when i craft something and are they Limited or can they be farmed ? I love the dlc some pretty tough but nice bosses i love it when its challenging but This Enemy is really annoying for Close combat builds whey didnt they Design them Similar to the first one he was easy once you had enough scadu fragments and if you dodged in the right Moment but This is stupid if the supplys are Limited to defeat This Enemy or u have to respec to a mage Build that Kind of Sucks… 😅

@@LoMoNoCrAt The only ways are, trow super expensive and limited pots to the torch head, trowing lances to his face, they are inmune to frosbite and blodloss and pribably posion too take that in mind, or cast magic to his head. All of them are super tedious, repetitive and boring method of killing them, and I say the same about golems without armor. You literaly kill the gigantic dragon in dragons peak (i dont know is that is the name in english, i suposse) in one seccond in comparation on these trash figths with the torch golems, because they are not difficult, they are tedious, last infinitly and are boring.

Remember that if you dont have enough materials for the strongest Pot, you can still run away and craft the basics ones again, and with some equipment to get better damage, also you can trow stuff while riding Torrent

I got fucking lucky, I couldn't kill it after throwing 5 pots so I decided to end myself and go back to grace, but for whatever reason that little shit just tripped itself as I fall to my death and somehow the fall damage killed it. Got my shit and I'm never coming back.

Man I tried several ways to kill this thing. I used all types of giant pots, except fire. I used lighting incantations, not working. I even used the wondrous physick mix to explode and threw myself into this mf thinking it will explode as well, still not working!! I NEVER THOUGHT I WAS SUPPOSED TO USE FIRE!!!
