You know what is interesting about Ansbach's dialog on that? Ansbach doesn't use the word charm or enchanted. "As if using Lord Mohg" This means that there is indeed a possibility that he was NOT Miquellested, and was indeed a Mohglester. It's not like Mohg is good guy anyway, so I don't really care whether he was enchanted or not, I would have killed him anyway.

If you aren't averse to playing the game again (even if only on your own time and not for KZbin) I highly recommend trying out the Convergence mod. It installs in a separate save file to your normal one, which is a safeguard against the game's anti-cheat and also has the added benefit of not messing with your vanilla saves. Basically the mod thoroughly overhauls the game's progression and adds new content. It turns stuff like Caria Manor and Castle Morne into full-fledged dungeons with bosses at the end of them, overhauls all of the base game dungeons to make new playthroughs fresh, and adds new bosses while replacing some of the filler bosses. There's new weapons, spells, and skills, too. Even if you don't do a KZbin playthrough on it, I genuinely do recommend checking it out and playing it on your own time. I did three or so playthroughs of the base game before trying Convergence, and it somehow managed to totally recapture that feeling of adventure that the unmodded game had, even while knowing the vanilla map like the back of my hand. There's a new patch coming out Soon(tm), so you might wanna wait until that comes out to try it, but it's 100% a must-play if you enjoyed the base game.

little note, with leda's sword's ash of war, although it does cleanse ailments of those hit by it, it also gets rid of special effects, so if you're not using anything that deals status buildup you can watch someone do a full 6-part buffing routine and then hitting them with even one of the needles would get rid of all of it, it's actually quite good to the point that there's a spell with that effect as it's only function (but this time it deals a good amount of damage as well)

Incredibly proud to watch from the beginning. From noob to Elden Lord. You did fantastic and every view, every like was fully earned. Also hilarious it took to the final video for you to try on other armor. So excited to see your reactions to the lore, because so many little things fall into place once you see the subtle connections and secrets. Advice for future Dark Souls games They are much slower paced, armor and stats matter more, and upgrades are harder to get but much more impactful. You need to find a few specific weapons or armor sets and dedicate yourself to upgrading them. Spells are much slower and weapon durability is a thing. Take your time MUCH more and be careful. No jump button to save us this time. Also look up a guide on ascending weapons, unlike Elden Rings ashes of war, they are permenant basically and require limited use items. Ascending your weapons at blacksmiths is pivotal to doing actual damage and basically a one way road into specific stats or elemental damages which can permenantly ruin a weapon if you are not careful. Also bleed is so much weaker in Dark Souls it's basically non-existent.

1:30:42 Basically Miquella enchanted Mohg just as he did all of his followers you fought in Enir-Ilim, so basically Mohg never truly loved Miquella, Miquella just used him as a means to revive radhan. That's why Radhan can use Mohg's bloodflame spell and has horns coming out of his gauntlets

Spontaneous guard is when you just tap the guard button the moment you’re hit. It’s closer to a parries timing, with the added guard counter affect. You parry the attack, then attack after the noise and you do a guard counter with your sword. Very sick it’s like sekiro.

it's been really fun to watch your rapid progression of the fromsoft bell curve. Usually how it goes is when you're new, you spam attacks and panic roll because you don't know how to really play the game yet. Then, you learn how to play and start actually dodging and learning patterns, and making sure to only strike when you know you have an opening Finally, when you're good enough at the game, it becomes second nature and you begin to spam attacks and panic roll because you know how to get away with it You've gotten so much better at using the mechanics and still just spam the ash of war because it's effective, like a true fromsoft player. Don't worry about changing the build around either, I also had to adjust my build when I fought him because I had been using Dane's martial arts through the whole game and trying to get a hit in on him felt nearly impossible and it was driving me up a wall so I had to switch and beat him first try after I did. Let no one ever tell you you aren't just as valid as anyone else that plays, man, this series has been so much fun and I'd love to see you play some more fromsoft or soulslike titles. Very excited to see you get to the Age of Stars and Lord of Frenzied Flame Prepare to Cry videos by Vaati, some of my favorite content on youtube, for real.

Been my favourite elden ring series of all time. Good thing however, is that like the dark souls series, theres so much lore left untouched in Elden ring and its DLC, so we can expect an elden ring sequal. Or a prequal, i'd much like to see the badlands and other places mentioned in the lore. As well as what happends with Godwyn, etc.

If u think post-nerf Radahn is heavily nerfed, then ur gonna be really surprised with how ridiculously hard pre-release Radahn was. I suggest watching FightingCowboy's let's play ep44 to see how much they changed Radahn for the release game. He was fighting him on a pre-release version.

Hey! Congratulations! Glad you enjoyed your journey! Dark Souls is a great place to go next! If you have the ability to with Playstation, Bloodborne is another pretty solid experience! It's always great seeing fresh experiences in these games. My only heads up with Dark Souls is to expect more real players encountered. The PvP is much more existent than Elden Ring tried to coax along with incentives like spells, rings, and weapons. They also happen more openly in the world in certain conditions like the equivalent of being Rune Arc'd. The bosses, music and lore is pretty neat still. Bloodborne people play purely for the playthroughs and challenge runs.
