Important : noone covers this for the raging wolf set, but you do need to talk to rya at the manor to be offered the final letter. Basically, you will find her next to bernahl the first time you go there (she has an earlier questline in liurnia but it's optional for this). Just to be sure, talk to her whenever you come back for another letter. At one point she won't be in the dining room anymore but she'll be in a room on the other side of the corridor (and she'll look a bit different). If you haven't talked to her there, bernahl won't offer the optional letter which leads you to the raging wolf set. The reason i'm stating this is that Tanith will still invite you to an audience with "the lord" once you completed the first three kills, and it's easy to just accept, causing you to get locked out of the optional kill since bernahl does not seem to have another letter for you. So just remember that it's not only three kills, it's three kills PLUS the optional one that gives you the raging wolf set, which requires you talking to rya in the other room before obtaining it. DO NOT accept an audience with the lord before getting the raging wolf set. Fromsoft have made it reeeeaaaally easy for you to lock yourself out of this...

Cleanrot armor is really good statistically. High debuff resistances & physical damage mitigation on top of almost 50 poise. Can't go wrong with it.

I just realized Vyke's armor has fingerprints melted into it because he went to the three fingers still with his armor on which probably caused him to go mad and not obtain the frenzied flame. He didn't seem to know you're supposed to take everything off.

SPOILER AHEAD, DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW: Since this video shows the black wolf mask, you can also get the rest of the black wolf set after completing ranni's questline. Return to ranni's rise and at the foot, you'll hear blaidd talking to himself before he becomes hostile towards you. After that, you kill him and he drops the blaidd set which goes with the black wolf mask. Bonus: If you go to seluvis' rise you will also find seluvis dead and his set will be there for you to pick up.

Raging wolf and finger print is my best armor. 1. Raging wolf is original the tarnished armor set(this is the canon armor). 2. Finger print because that armor from Elden Ring box and Remind me to Ashen One(Dark Soul 3). For Weapon Bastard Sword(Raging Wolf) and Longsword(Finger Print). For Shield and Bow i don't know you guys can comment what the best bow and Shield?

I'm kind of mad there aren't any "light" armors in the game other than standard chainmail which is a step back design wise....Creighton's chainmail for example from DS2 was so good looking, even the Herald armor from DS3. I hope modders put it in the game without weird clipping of the cape, we shall see.

You can get surcoats for your mail chest piece, go to the merchant on the bridge in leyandell. He sells one and you can get another from rykard's boss room. They for whatever reason offer more defense than the standard mail, you can also get a greathelm from a merchant near the swamp in caelid.

If you go to hero’s grove there’s 2 full armor sets hidden under a ledge, you have to kill the bloodhound knight and you get his armor set and a full set of gelmir knight armor

When I was farming the cleanrot knight armor set I got 3 pieces out of 4 I just needed the chest piece it kept giving me boots so when I got it I had like 10 boots and today I got the weapon from doing the hailek tree

surprised he didn’t show how to get blaidds armor to go along with the black wolf mask. you finish rannis questline and then when you go back to her tower, blaidd will be right out front and he will attack you on sight. the lore behind it is blaidd was rannis shadow and he thought he was destined to be rannis champion when you finish her questline u become her true champion and he goes crazy with this reality. after that you can go and tell Iji about what happened with blaidd he will give u some dialogue. next time you go back to Iji you’ll find his dead body surrounded by some dead black knives poor dude gets assassinated but u get his dope helmet
