I love your content and video style! I found you because of this guide and since I’ve watch a lot of you other videos and put to use all your tips for my own invasions and I’m not great but I’ve been having a ton of fun and winning quite a bit more, so thank you so much! Would you ever consider doing a different video series where you watch and analyze invasion clips that your audience send in to you? I’ve seen other content creators do something like that and it was very informative and entertaining and your commentary is always so fun.

Happy to help! Glad you’re getting more wins. Invasion reviews are a good idea. I’ll be uploading again soon I’m just figuring out how I want to do the next video, and what the future holds for this channel

Low RL invasions are my personal favorite. It allows you to make mistakes instead of the instakills at meta level.

On my 25 I run only vigor . No need for endurance imo . Just slap on talismans and the helm for +2 endurance . I only have 11 endurance 17 w talismans and helm. and if I run small weapon I can wear all minus the head of veterans lol . I say the same thing. I only mesh energy. If there’s a lvl 500 I’ll go hard on the phantom . If it’s noobs I’ll use newb stuff

I love low level invasions, that is what my youtube channel is about. I invade people at level 1 with +0 weapons. Mind you I still have an antspur rapier but I made it all the way to the fire giant (can't beat him with this character yet) so I unlocked my rapier, blood sword, and dragon incantations. I went and got all the talisman slots and talismans I needed to use all the gear I needed. Do I count as a twink since my character did it himself without summons? This character has over 1000 invasions on it and over 200 hours put into it. I've managed to fill my inventory with Rune Arcs through invading, used tons of those rune arcs on bosses and then managed to fill my inventory again. It is very satisfying to kill the host and watch the new rune arc fall on the ground because there is no space in the inventory lol
@vince_964311 ай бұрын
More or less I think twinking is more about the intent behind it. Low level invasions are such a nice change of pace compared to higher levels. I think every invader should try it at some point. You want to be packing some cheese on your build for when you have to deal with cheese. Context is important as always. Keep up the invasions!
@GenghisGunt5 ай бұрын
I got stuck at fire giant too for my level 30 pvp acc... I know you said you don't use summons but there's a method you can use with Latenna to cheese it if you really want to proceed to farum azula.

If u dont mind me asking what did u have on the Dismouner and Estoc? I'd like to copy the build to be able to try out a pvp build from someone who knows what they are talking about.
@vince_96435 ай бұрын
For the Dismounter I love running sword dance on it. Storm stomp is another good option as well. I don’t remember the ash I had on the estoc when I made this video but you really can’t go wrong with a mobility ash like bloodhounds step or quickstep to keep up aggression. Good luck I hope this helps!

I personally love low level invasion. Fair ones though. In Limgrave this means: use everything the region has to offer + two talisman pouches (initial and after Margit). That's it. I personally have a problem with using end gear. Even if you like to talk yourself into overleveling-phantom-friends-of-the-hosts, the whole thing is ultimately an attempt to have a decisive advantage over new players who can't do anything about it at the time of their progress. Why all this? Evil tongues would say maybe because you often lose in a fair fight and you need a desperate advantage to boost your ego. At least that's how I would feel if I took that approach. I don't see any added value in infecting new players with poison and scarlet rot in Limgrave and then keeping them at bay. What's the point? To farm Rune Arcs that you don't need? I mean, what kind of gameplay is that? There are some youtubers here (not this channel) who obviously scarlet rot new players, then circle around them to pat themselves on the back at the end, then call the other player a noob, make the point down gestrure and call themselves a real pvp'ler. C'mon.. "Use it if the game allows you to" - okay, sure. But for me it often destroys the feel of the game. In my experience, the number of overleveled phantoms is rather low compared to players at the same level. Seriously, I've seen so many times how a squad of 3 players (some with endgame gear and e.g. Ancient Dragon Lighnting Strike) loses to the Tree Sentinal (without interfering Invaders). And even if you do, there's still the scaling. Sure, not perfect. But at least it's there. Besides, I don't want to spend hours grinding everything, killing bosses on a low level to get three additional talisman pouches, or conjure up it via cheat engine. All this to face players on a low level in the end? Hm, well, if you like it please. That may be different for many. I don't deny that either. I just want to give you a personal perspective on this.

Rare voice of reason. I apply this concept in all pvp games ive mastered. Mordhau is a big one. I could just instantly wipe newbies, but I like to give them a nice little fight. Will I win the duel? Absolutely… I’m incredibly experienced and have playf since release. If they cant accept that a more experienced player will win, thats on them… But I care about their experience without necessarily giving them an easy time or letting them win.

I'm level 1 wretched and laterally clubbing people to death and farming phantoms who laterally give .e 100k runes at one time

Definitely shouldn't be invading low level players with stuff from altus and later tbh. Should be 2 talisman slots max and no black knife, lion's greatbow (and so on.I mean, you can do whatever you want, but it kinda defeats the purpose. Low level players are often new and have early game gear, do we really need to melt them with a dragon halberd? I've just never understood the appeal of twinking. Who cares about overleveled phantoms? It's about the specific challenge. Overleveled phantoms usually lack in skill anyway. If you're going to build with them in mind, just invade at a higher level. I'd much rather get melted by overleveled phantoms than twink to dunk on newbies, it just feels cringe. Invasions are about challenging yourself and the other players so that we all improve. Twinking doesn't help us get good, it teaches us to rely on crutches. Enjoy and embrace lopsided challenges! They feel so much better when you succeed! Same way defeating a boss with skill feels better than beating a boss with cheese.

All depends on the situation. Just need to be prepared for ganks at any level. If I can tell it’s new players I might use something more honest so maybe they start to like pvp if it’s a good fight
@user-do1wx2cn1v10 ай бұрын
Honest invading is hard my guy. I like to have honorable fights but that usually doesn't happen. The teabaging when the host gets carried the entire match gets me tilted.
@hardboiled29878 ай бұрын
Twinks alot of the time have some sort of egotistical deep seated issue they compensate for by stacking every odd in their favor and farming newbies that dont even know how to heal. A truly secure, confident and reasonable player will do what you’re describing. Its not about letting the newbie win or giving them an easier time. You will fk them up since youre more experienced… But its about being conscious of your actions and the way you portray yourself. Ppl who OP gear twink to farm newbies are definitely dealing with some bad inner shit and they use farming newbies as an artificial, fake "reassurance" but in the end it harms them. This applies to alot of cheaters too. Specifically the ego/closet cheaters (not the chaos enthusiast ones like malcom. Those dudes are just devilish.)
@RENDAN_iel7 ай бұрын
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with having all options available and tailoring what you use to the specific invasions you come across. I can get the Nagakiba and put spinning slash on it with bloodflame blade all before I get to Altus, so twinking isn't relegated to items from a specific area of the game. You don’t want to blow new hosts away, but you also don’t want to be a t-bagged speed bump for over leveled phantoms that may have no skill but can still kill you in one combo either. This also is assuming the hosts haven't been dropped end game gear by those same over leveled phantoms (they often are). As Vince said, it all depends on the situation, and it’s the invaders job to evaluate that on a case by case basis (if they care about being fair).
