Elden Ring MAGIC Gameplay! Enchanted Knight Boss Battles & Gameplay

I recently was able to play a bit of Elden Ring and a big thank you to Bandai Namco for allowing me to play! In this one you can see some Elden Ring gameplay of using the magic class Enchanted Knight to beat various mobs and bosses!

As a Souls veteran, it's cool to see the mage get an upgrade in melee stats. Should make it more ideal to go for a hybrid melee/magic build. Looking forward to playing as the Enchanted Knight!

I’ve played a lot of monster hunter but I’ve always avoided souls games. I beat Jedi fallen order though (probably doesn’t count really). However I’m very interested in this - I’m just afraid of how badly you get punished for failure in these kinds of games. How do you think this’ll be for a newcomer to souls games? I’d like to find a way to love this. Metroid dread boss battles kicked my ass recently but I loved how the checkpoint left me near to the boss so I could keep trying with minimal down time in between. I loved every second of that game.

I think you will probably get on fine with it from the games you have listed! The punishment is losing your runes, which is your currency for levels and items. However I find in these games if I want a specific item or levels there are areas you can farm instead of trying your luck against a new boss!

@@ParadiseCentral oh that makes sense. Part of me was thinking about trying demon souls PS5 remake, dark souls 3, or sekiro. But yea I don’t know I get hesitant just thinking about playing them lol. Right now I am struggling with Returnal and I take long breaks after a couple of runs. I just turned 33 today but boy do I feel old with my reaction times compared to when I was in middle and high school

@@Phillip_Viera dark souls is all about trial and error, you just have to keep slugging. don't worry if someone else beats it faster than you as long as you enjoy your own journey, also git gud.

Its unlocked from the beginning called astrologer

@@bradleysky8658 Left or right click with the spell equipped. On PC you press the UP arrow to change equipped spell & then just attack to cast it

That was mostly sword and shield. Not very magicky at all.
