i think it's important to note that as of right now, the mod doesn't work with the game due to the update with the DLC. it'll be done when it's done, but for now you'll just have to be patient! there are ways of playing the game pre-DLC update, but i'm not really sure how to do that sorry!

If I'm honest here's the build I could see everyone rocking Jake - Glint Blade spamming sorcerer (can't miss if the spell aims itself) Alex - Pyromancer/frenzied flame (wants to complete the shrek look whilst having the highest potential for damage AND friendly fire.) Cath - Rogue that uses the best gear she finds. ('Nuff said) Elise - Knight or mage (he's not building to troll or cheese he's just making a competent character, would probably use a spear and carry a crossbow for the range advantage in melee.) Gabby - Archer or caster (does NOT want to be up close, might take pyromancies just to kill certain enemies with fire because they're disgusting and creep her out.) (Edit: I forgot that Cath was the arachnophobe not Gabby.)

The thing about the dark souls games and the games developed by the souls series in general is that the games are optimized to be played with controller and they don't give a shit about pc players saying "Here are the keybinds" and just leaving it to the player to customize them if they wish.

Elden Ring is like an old challenge i invented, where i had to play through any game i wanted, but i had to bind every input to a random key on my keyboard or mouse! So you could end up with 6 being shoot, L being sprint, Enter be left, right click be Esc and so on... It was so hard for my brain to cope with, that i actually had to draw a physical sketch of how everything worked together, so i could visualize how my WASD worked!

04:10 the confusing thing about the game is that to do a jump-roll you need to push AND release the jump-key, so as long as you hold it pressed nothing will happen...i was also very frustrated like Jake...
