Tried so so hard to avoid spoilers for the whole dlc, unfollowed every grop etc, yet some absolute cretin posted 'radahn comes back as the final boss' on some comment on a fromsoft trailer that i couldnt hide from my feed, and that was the top comment that came up when it appeared on my feed. Yep.. I am convinced I would have never beat this just 2 handing dodge rolling like I usually do. I switched to medium shield first and was parrying and was getting better. Then switched to great shield and beat him after not too many more tries..

@@brandonwhite4992 I was going through the game with a pure intelligence build with a bit of strength so I could put waves of darkness on a giant club. The boss just caught up with me too quickly and I couldn't really cast any spells due to the time they took.

i killed him with the giant crusher, lion claw, and the wondrous physick that lets me break stances easily plus all the talismans that increase holy negation, phy damage and the heaviest armor i could equip. it was a cheese build and it was still hard.

The cruelest thing is that when you think about it, this *still* isn’t Prime Radahn. This is essentially an incarnation of Radahn with Mohg’s body and his soul, it might not be *_as_* powerful as his old body but it is still able to be a stable vessel for Radahn’s soul. This is the prime of an incarnation of Radahn, not the Starscourge. This is as close as we’re gonna get, but I’m still glad we got it.

He is doomed to failure for the same reason Marika failed...because they both sacrificed their "humanity" to reach Godhood. Miquella threw away everything he was to get here but there was one thing that he shouldve kept...his love and compassion (That's what St. Trina is. She's the physical embodiment of his discarded love and compassion) he claims to want to lead the world with compassion without realizing that is no longer possible since he threw his away. What he seeks isn't a world ruled by compassion but one where every living thing is mind controlled and bent to his will. A world without free will. That's why we have to stop him.
