Man, this fucking fight… I don’t think it’s poorly designed, in fact I think learning the moveset is pretty fun, but they made the mistake of wildly overtuning the phase 2 damage where attacks that are supposed to “chip” you on follow-up can easily 1-2 shot if you’re not careful. Add to that the fact he gains follow-ups on every attack, and you have a recipe for an extremely frustrating phase 2. Dying because you barely got clipped just isn’t a fun learning experience.

At this point I just feel bad for Peeve. This is a terrible boss fight, yet my man has been stuck on it for like 100 hours. At least Orphan of Kos was well designed.

I mean I also hate this boss but he's playing kind of foolish. He's not using guard counter on deflect during phase 1 (when there are plenty of openings and you can easily get a free critical) and is insisting on recasting FGMS and using spells. I admire the stubbornness but at the same time this is kinda silly. I spent 3 days doing a no summon fight so I'm not saying it's easy, but he's also playing sub optimal on purpose.

It's not poorly designed. I beat him in like 5 tries. The way Peeve plays just isn't super effective against this boss. Peeve is a really good player, his play style is just really tough to use against Radahn.

People will really say anything and act like it's 100% objective fact lmfao. Chocolate is such a poorly designed ice cream flavor, compared to the objectively superior, big brain vanilla. This is how silly you sound. No, it's even worse than that actually. Its like going to an architect and claiming their designs are bad because you personally don't like right angles in buildings.
