The fire knight greatsword has the undeniable best moveset out of all the colossal swords. It combines two unique moves from preexisting colossal swords, those of which bring the super fast R1 combo from the godslayer greatsword and the poking R2 from the zweihander. Combine this with arguably the best damage output of any colossal sword when going all out in fire damage and faith scaling, because it has a passive effect that improves fire damage. The godslayer and mainly the zwei were my favorite weapons in Elden ring, but now it’s undoubtedly the fire knights greatsword

Claws of night is a double barrel shotgun that is the best dragon killer in the game imo. And who should care about anything else but dragons and bosses?

Best fire knight greatsword farm i found is from the Storehouse Loft site of grace, drop down the ledge by the lift straight ahead. Go down the stairs and boom, fire knight has his back turned giving you a free shot. Also the Greatsword of Solitude has very high guard damage negation, making it a super fun guard counter weapon. That, paired with its Ash makes it allot of fun to run.

Personally fell in love with the backhand blades, the charged attack gets this really nice lunge to close distance and both ashes of war you can use on them are really strong, also you can infuse them which is even more nuts

@@Prez54 I think the falx is really cool but I think that them being somber weapons and unable to get ash infusion brings them down a bit in my opinion, I ran cold backblades and they stuck, plus blind spot and swift slash are dope ashes Blind spot can slip under attacks and past guards and swift slash is straight up a vergil move its so sick Lastly, you can get backhand blades right at the start of the dlc while you need to finish Hornsent’s quest or kill him to get the flax

Blood fiends arm 1. Barbed Staff Spear on a defensive faith build is strong. Bleed procs with its AoW, and the AoW isn't terribly intensive to fire off.

Great video. Thanks. Fully agree. Did not know lizard sword had that skill. Trying to decide what to use my Ancient Sombers and Ancient Dragons on from the DLC. I really liked the Ancient Meteoric Greatsword too and had much success with it. Backhand blades are very cool too. Bloodfiends Arm also a favorite. Fire knights greatsword also a Favorite. Greatsword of Radahn - Lord I just got and look forward to using in PVP. My favs from base game are Ruins greatsword, SacredRelic, Maliketh, Bolt of Gransax and are all maxed out. So many awesome katanas hard to decide on just one.

Messmer's soldier spear with Spectral Lance and Heavy infusion was insanely nice. Could basically stagger nearly every enemy I faced, either from distance or up close.

Falx can be obtained right when you get into Shadow Keep. Just assist Leda with her summons. Fire Knight Shortswords both with flame skewer on a flame build is literally nuts. Can do buffs and super cheese any boss in the game.

I got the long axe and the twin axes, they are definitely awesome but i need to try them out more! Those death knights are one of my favorite bosses in the DLC so far! I obliterated tf outta them with the sunflower ash of war, it just stomps them into the ground if your able to tank a couple hits😂

Blood backhand blade is great too. Double yield it and it will melt any enemies instantly. Not to mention its awesome aow. Best evade/counter aow imo

Dane's Footwork is better than I expected it would be. Dryleaf Whirlwind for the ash of war does some crazy damage and stagger, and throwing blood infusement can build up hemorrhage quite fast due to how rapid the strikes are. Obviously the downside is the range of it, but still, a very fun and surprisingly strong weapon.

Renalla's swords are op af. It's the sword of night and flame, but dual wielded and the ash of war is long range for the magic, aoe for the flames. Definitely worth checking out.

Use the castle main gate bonfire and go down the elevator and fight the messemer soldier. Was able to get the greatsword after 6 runs with the silver scarab!

Milady not even top 10? Doesn't do much damage compared to these, but IT IS SOOOOOO FUN TO USE. Combo System, good flow, feels good. It's a huge enhancement to the game for me. The Multi hits/combo, is a breath of fresh air for me outside of Dodge and one attack and repeat. It's at least a High A tier if these were all S. imo
