This would be the final fight's music if it was Marika herself instead of Radagon :D It always was a wonder to me as I was playing the game what the plin plin part was supposed to be for in the main Elden Ring theme. It was such a subtle prologue to the main music and I was sure it was going to end up playing in somewhere special in the game. Elden Beast's music resonated with me so much, It gave me so much vibe I loved that had come before, like themes of Maiden Astrea and Return To Slumber in Demons Souls, Gwyn in Dark Souls 1 and DS3 Epilogue.

Good on you for having that kind of intuition haha. For me, I wasn't expecting to hear the intro notes somewhere else, so when the Elden Beast fight started I was like "ooooooooOOOHHHH". But it really is crazy how much a musical theme can tie everything together, especially in the Dark Souls example you gave where the games are a few entries apart.

Considering the main theme is Marika's theme, this fits so well in her lore. Her goal was to make an era of ever bountiful ever lasting reign golden plenty, only to fail and even exacerbate the negative effects of the natural cycle, stagnation, omens, Rot, and Destined Death being pushed to their limits and metastasizing like a disease. This cover adds emotions of contemplation and sorrow in finally deciding to destroy the elden ring. Nice work!

Really loved your version! Sounds like a great theme for Bone when the ghost circles show up. World is in shambles, ppl dying, cities wiped off the map, desperation all around but there are a couple bastions left and the main party carries hope with them on the horizon.
