This is the faith build I aspire to become. Such godly execution with the incantations. Side note, the Gravel Stone seal buff all lightning into as well as Placidusaxx's ruin. The Dragon Communion seal only buff Dragon communion incantations.

With 99 Arc and 72 Fai, the dragon comm seal has really high spell buff (scales something like S with Arc and A/B Fai) so at super high levels it's probably better.

Even so, you can offhand the gravel seal and still get the buff even if casting with the communion seal

Best seal is golden orgen with high int and high faith. Best faith only seal is erdtree and best arc only seal is dragon communion

At first I thought he was going to fight Godrick and then Hoarah Loux. When I saw him going to Godfrey's arena I was like "Isn't he going to fight both at the same time, right? When I only saw Godfrey i realised the misread. I must say that avoiding the final earthquake while attacking with Placidusaxx's Ruin is really clever.

Amazing skill. Not just the timings for each attack but also your dodging. Knowing when to roll and when and how to dodge without rolling is a skill sadly uncommon among Soulsborne players. It’s a skill common among low level challenge runners but I say it’s useful for anybody.

I've always been terrible at reacting to boss movesets especially when they mix in with combo than delay and etc. Also many people who watch ongball's video will learn new things while being entertained at the same time. I have 60 vigor and I still think it isn't enough. @@KLK01 Noooooooooooooo god damn it, if the damage was any lower it'd make no sense, damage makes sense according to the boss and their action, it's realistic and immersive, in malenias case, you wouldn't expect to be cut like 100 times and just hope you survive it, or Hoarah Loux smashing you into the ground only doing like less than half health, the shit unrealistic games in the past have set the standard to a pathetic level of unrealism

@@KLK01 you can just jump the stop...... and his grabs are huge windows if you dodge them, like HUUUUGE windows. just learn the timings. the key to phase 1 as a range build is to bait a stop, jump but not backwards, then walk/roll back to avoid his follow up swings and use damage. also arts that float are great, like Granxeax Bolt can actually be full charged if he does a chase stomp for an easy punish (not a bad idea on a dex fth build)

Bro I swear your content is some of the only stuff that genuinely has me awestruck. Most of the time, especially with no hit runs, people play so extremely conservatively. Like sure, you beat the boss and didn't get hit, but that looks and probably plays like precisely zero fun. But then you just post these godly takedowns and I just sit there dumbfounded the entire video and have to sit there for a couple of seconds after the boss kill just to process the insanity I just witnessed.

So I use Placidusax’s Ruin and I still can’t quite figure out how to properly aim the beam. I know you can manipulate it with your movement stick but how much control are you given? You were able to hit him with all three beams. Is it a spacing issue I’m not taking into consideration? I tend to cast this much closer to targets so I wouldn’t be surprised to find that’s the case

Really shown how powerful positioning can be in this game, I'm still one of those who just couldn't quite get out of the roll & attack pattern, it really limited the possible options of counter-attack against many enemies.
