@@ThatGuy46- oh believe me, I got ALL of the scadutree fragments to fight Consort Radahn. And I beat him yesterday. But, it wasn't until I got all of the scadutree fragments, equipped the dragoncrest great shield talisman, the golden braid talisman, the pearldrake+3 talisman, the opaline hard tear, wore Moore's armor, respec'ed to get 63 levels in strength and 60 levels in vigor (had 50 before), used morgott's great rune, and used holyproof pickled liver that I stopped getting one shotted by a missed roll on some of his stronger attacks. Like the holy nuke he uses in phase 2, his attack where he disappears and comes crashing in like a meteor, or on occasion, his little spinning dive bomb attack he does to close distances used to one shot me sometimes, very inconsistently if I missed a roll. And even if it wasn't a one-shot, his combos are so high damage and relentless that missing rolls during them shreds hp. Needless to say, even if you have all the scadutree fragments, if your defense stats aren't basically as high as they go, you're getting one-shotted by consort Radahn.

Props to From for the Scudu Frag system in combination with the super open map. You can try it with no blessings or explore slowly and max out every blessing available before fighting bosses. It’s so odd that DLC Radahn is actually Mohg/Radahn/Marika/Radagon. Which means in terms of all the Lands Between “elements” - they’re only missing Morgott’s shadow fire (I guess from the Scadu Tree? It’s the same as the Scadu Avatar, the Tree Spirits, and the gold/black flash from Destined Death). Poor Morgott. Forever a bridesmaid and never a bride.

@@SweetAHE He kept growing with age. The Radahn that Miquella remade using Mohg is from just before he held the stars in stasis (source; his new blade descriptions). That's why he's called the Young Lion. He was obviously already too big for Leonard at this size as he had already completely mastered gravity magic which he only ever learned for Leonard, but he was not done growing yet. Technically if we didn't slay him, he'd have kept growing again.

Took me 3 hours to kill him, although I'm guessing I probably would have done it earlier if I'd used Mimic Tear cause I did get quite close to killing him a couple times before that. Still, that's, about the same time as Malenia took me, but Malenia I would still consider a far less difficult boss because you only have to deal to one blade rather than two and her attacks don't have an AOE the size of Texas.

This was a fun video. I think the fact that his grab and his pull are effectively just free damage openings for his opponent hurts a bit though. Similarly, toning down some effects like the after image and the meteor strike helped make him easier to handle. Would be interesting to see how the full power consort (removed useless skills that don't work on bosses, has full kit) would fare.

Before I make it into the video; my guess is that Promised Consort Radahn's balancing around Scadutree fragments means he's just going to have significantly more damage and health than any of the base game bosses and he'll likely sweep if not for some weird hax. Edit: Damn, it still wasn't enough. I guess you need some kind of sustain like Malenia's self-healing to endure a gauntlet that long.

This just shows how ridiculous the scale is in the DLC due to Scadutree fragments. With equal scaling, Maliketh, Mohg, Starscourge, Rykard, and Malenia (equal and original), they all solo.

They did not simply have equal scale, they had equal scale plus same HP, not just area scale. so melania had twice as much HP as she had 46k per phase you will find that if melania was to have same hp (around 10k) and scale as starscourge she would be one shot by Starscourge meteor. so even she could not beat every boss either, And as for the others, they are just strong, plus he stil beat every other boss tho.

Coping insane. Malenia in that video had 96k hp(literally twice of Radahn hp) and still was dead. Starscourge won only round when he was setted as meteor spam with start with arrows vs base Radahn, Maliketh only won when he started with 2nd phase vs Radahn starting from base. And not to metion that was scadtree scalea+equalized hp. Only one, who can beat Radahn in 2nd phase start even with equal hp and scaling - Maliketh, and thats not even sure

So the DLC bosses are stronger, and you find that ridiculous for some reason? Also, ''equal scaling'' Malenia has higher scaling than NG+7 Radahn, so let's not go there. Prime Radahn is strong because he's fast, aggressive, hits hard, and has good poise and health. He has no weird bullshit gimmicks like Malenia or even Maliketh do. Just a straight up fight, and still he pummels them all.

No? it would likely use the same scaling system as the SOTE dlc but with different items than scadutree fragments. Scadutree fragments only work in that area so the new dlc scaling items would only work in it's own area aswell. They would be scaled pretty much equally to the current dlc bosses. IMO though they shouldn't do anymore with elden ring and move on to a new game.
