My kids wanted to see their first concert, so I took them to Tool last weekend. Elder was the first band they ever saw live. This was the last song and they thought it was amazing.

Same. Just saw them in Vegas and wow.....a shame I missed so much time to enjoy them. Definitely going to make up for it now. I have to say Halcyon live was amazing!

Just heard of this band last night opening for Tool. Elder's sound quality was very bad. Just loud for loud sake and couldn't really tell what they were playing. So I'm checking the internet to actually "hear" their songs and this is great stuff!

Yea I really enjoyed them but the mix was rough. Could barely hear the lead guitar.

Yea I saw them Saturday night and they were way louder than Tool was. Overall a great first concert experience for me though.

Fr? I saw them just this last Friday in phoenix and I mostly could make out what they were playing.. tool on the other hand was a little too loud to even comprehend half the time which was sad considering most the people were there FOR them lol

This song conjures the mental image of leaving a dirty, overcrowded planet behind in a jerry-rigged rocket. The first four minutes build in tension as I soar up into a sky of dark, roiling smog, and at 4:06 I pierce the veil. I see stars everywhere. I see the sun for the first time. I'm breathless. At 4:24, the realization hits that escape velocity will carry me away. A new life awaits elsewhere, and while I don't know what challenges await, I know I'm ready.

Omens is their beat album to me. The new one is even more technical than Omens, bit too much. Love Nicks vocals on the new one though. He does some new things. Badass band!
