Yeah I hate that, there is some sort of bloom but it's very subtle which helps to not blow out the scene during foggy day time weather

Looks amazing, it's still got that colorful palette that Oblivion always had. Would like to see this in oblivion gates or during thunderstorms.

Am expecting weird bug in oblivion while installing graphics mods , the skies and water become Pink while enabled HDR . Any solution ?

Use Wryebash to install everything and sort with Loot, most of the mods are straightforward enough just make sure you get in the habit of looking at the readme.text instruction
